Privacy Policy
Effective October 19, 2026
This policy explains what information Imperial Concrete Coatings ("we", "us") collects through imperialconcretecoatings.com, how we use it and the choices you have. We are a family-owned epoxy and concrete coatings company based in Olathe, Kansas.
Information we collect
When you request an estimate through our form, we collect:
- Your name, phone number, email address and ZIP code.
- Details about your project: the space you want coated, the finish you are interested in and the approximate size.
When you call, text or email us, we receive the information you choose to share in that message.
Like every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data for each visit, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request. These server logs are used to keep the site secure and working.
How we use your information
- To reply to your estimate request and schedule an on-site assessment.
- To contact you by phone, text message or email about your project.
- To prepare and send your estimate or invoice.
- To protect the website and the form against spam and abuse.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not use it for advertising profiles.
Text messages and calls
By submitting the estimate form, you agree that we may contact you at the phone number you provide, including by text message, about your request. Message and data rates may apply. We only contact you about your project. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages, or tell us by phone or email.
Cookies and tracking
Our website does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers at this time. If we add tools like these in the future, we will update this policy.
The map in our estimate section is provided by Google Maps and loads only when you scroll near it. Google may collect information when the map loads, as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
How we share information
We share your information only when needed to serve you or when the law requires it:
- With the service providers that run our website, email and lead management, only so they can provide those services. Estimate requests are delivered by Web3Forms (web3forms.com) and recorded in our lead management system.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
How long we keep information
We keep estimate requests and project records for as long as needed to serve you, to handle warranty or service questions, and to meet tax and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we must keep it by law.
Security
The website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Send your request to the email below and we will reply within a reasonable time.
